Did not received.. lost in shipping

I was really optimistic about buying from Oden again.. I had purchased a swivel knife earlier.. Loved and I would try out their maul (hammer). Reviews where positive online.. I ordered it on their website.. Order before took a while ( coming from overseas) but this seemed too long! I contacted Oden. Mr. Chen replied... First he said I didn't put the right address (It was my fault?) I told him my last order came to same address with no problem. He replied that the shipper was having problems and would get back with me... Then the ghosting started... no reply and I sent emails with no reply... I chucked it in the pile of money I spent and got taken! Sucks I trusted and got burnt... Sad

I've had a chance to use this maul a few times since it arrived and like it very much. I rated it 4 stars because I like to see how things hold up over time before a final grade is given, but my first impression is very positive, and it seems like a great value for the cost. So far, I've been impressed with all the tools I've tried from you except the entry level stamps but even there, I found 1 or 2 that I can use.
